COMMON DENTAL PROBLEMS

Although no one likes to have dental health problems,
most them are preventable with proper oral hygiene habits,
a good diet and a regular visit to a dentist. Now below we willknow about some common dental issues what are they:




Here are some common dental problems:

BAD BREADTH: Bad breath, medically called halitosis, can result from poor dental health habits and may
be a sign of other health problems. Bad breath
can also be made worse by the types of foods
you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits. Longer
persistence of bad breadth can also cause various medical problems such as respiratory tract
infection, liver and kidney problem and many
more.Regular brushing and flossing can prevent
bad breadth and for that visit to a dentist.


 TOOTH DECAY: is damage that occurs when germs (bacteria) in your mouth make acids that eat away at
a tooth. It can lead to a hole in the tooth, called a
cavity. If not treated, tooth decay can cause pain, infection, and tooth loss.
A tooth has three layers.
  • The hard outer layer is called enamel.
  • The middle layer is called dentin.
  • The center of the tooth is called the pulp. 
  • It contains nerves and blood vessels.
The more layers that are affected by decay, 
the worse the damage.
It can cause due to food containing with
 high sugar and carbohydrates. Flouride 
deficiency can also lead to tooth decay.Plaque
 controlling can help in preventing tooth decay.
Your eating habbits also caues tooth decay.




SENSITIVE TEETH:
If you experience pain or discomfort when
consuming foods or beverages that are hot,
cold, sweet, or sour; when brushing or
flossing; or even when breathing sharp,
cold air, you may have sensitive teeth. Sentivity
can cause by various things like over brushing,
grinding teeth, cracked teeth, gum disease,
exposed dentine, age,whitening. Use soft bristle
brush and visit dentist for regular check ups.




MOUTH SORES:These sores can appear on
any of the soft tissue of the mouth, including
the lips, cheeks, gums, tongue, and floor and roof
of the mouth. You can even develop mouth sores
on your esophagus and the tube leading to the
stomach In most cases, mouth sores cause some
redness and pain, especially when eating and
drinking. Depending on the size, severity, and
location of the sores in your mouth,they can make
it difficult to eat, drink, swallow, talk, or breathe.
The sores may also develop blisters. Many causes
are there for causing mouth sore like autoimmune disease,weak immune system,bite tongue or lip.



GUM DISEASE: Gum disease is an infection of
the tissues that surround and support your teeth.
It is a major cause of tooth loss in adults. 
it is also known as peridontial disease, gum 
disease is caused by plaque, the sticky flim
of bacteria that constantly grow on teeth.



HERE ARE SOME SIGNS OF GUM DISEASE:
Gum bleeding, redness, swollen, tender gums.
Persistent bad breadth, many more.







TOOTHACHE: Toothache means pain in and 
around tooth and jaws that is more often
 caused by tooth decay. Toothache start 
suddenly and can vary from mild to severe
 throbbing. Tooth ache should be around the 
infected area and can worsen at night. Tooth
ache is a sign of various dental problems. mouth
 disease is usually painless, you may not know
about it.
